GOBLINS BLADE was founded in 2018 by Jörg M. Knittel. He was a founding member of Sacred Steel in 1996 and quit them after 6 albums (5 studio and 1 live).

In May 2019, the EP Awakening was released and shortly after GOBLINS BLADE signed with Massacre Records!
